Website information is provided to explain the consultancy's services and enquiry process. A website enquiry creates an intake record only; it does not by itself create an engagement or confirm that a matter has been accepted.

Engagement terms

The agreed scope, pricing, payment requirements, turnaround, revisions and any service-specific conditions must be confirmed in writing for the particular engagement before they are treated as binding service terms.

Client information

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate and complete factual information and for reviewing draft documents for factual accuracy before finalisation.
