Privacy Notice
CS Paralegal Consultancy aims to handle personal information responsibly and to limit initial website enquiries to the minimum non-confidential information needed to understand and respond to a request.

Initial website enquiries
The online enquiry form stores the name, contact details, selected service area, short matter summary, requested deadline where supplied, urgency indicator, privacy consent and the system-generated enquiry reference for intake and human review.
Do not submit identity numbers, banking details, passwords, medical records, confidential court evidence, or other sensitive supporting documents through the initial public enquiry form.
Authenticated client portal
The client portal requires a Supabase-authenticated account that has been explicitly linked to a client profile. Portal access is limited to matters associated with that linked client record.
Within an authorized matter, the portal displays only activity, requests and documents specifically marked as client-visible by the practice. Internal notes and staff-only documents are not exposed through the client portal.
Current limitations
The public enquiry form is not a confidential document-upload channel. Client-facing document upload is not yet enabled. Portal document downloads are limited to files that have been deliberately marked client-visible for an authorized matter.
